Shipping Policy
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 12:00 midday are dispatched the same day, unless a specific handling time is stated on the individual listing. Orders placed after midday, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times
We use a range of shipping carriers depending on the size and weight of your item:
- Small to medium items: typically delivered overnight to most urban areas.
- Large or bulky items: typically delivered within 2–4 working days.
Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take additional time. Estimated delivery times are a guide only and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we'll provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.
Delivery area
We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only.
Didn't receive your item on time?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and our customer service team will look into it for you and follow up with the carrier.
