Return policy letdown

While Sam was quick to deal with and shipped it promptly, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the golf bag. It felt cheaply made, with poor balance, and the straps seemed that they would be unreliable. While there was no obvious defect, it simply didn’t meet my expectations.
I chose to buy from Shopsite to support a local NZ business, but unfortunately, their return policy was a major letdown. Despite the bag being in brand-new condition and only briefly inspected, they only offered a partial refund, significantly lower than the purchase price.
If you're considering buying from here and not familiar with the product, I’d strongly recommend purchasing from a retailer like Dick Smith instead. Their return process is far more straightforward if a product doesn’t meet your expectations.
